I have finally reached Kenya, and have now come down into Tanzania. This is the first chance I’ve had to get to the internet, so I thought I would do a post about the flight and my booking experience with STA.
The flight went smoothly, although it was rather long – I flew with Qatar Airways and had a stop over in Doha for five hours before flying to Nairobi. Still, it all went smoothly and I arrived safely. I booked both my flight and insurance through STA, and have done before, and have always been very satisfied with them. Not only are they efficient and cheap, they are also very helpful and genuinly do seem to want you to have a good trip and enjoy yourself.
All my friends who have used STA have saisd the same thing, and so I would always highly recommend using them for any booking you may be making. Also, things like this Travelbuzz that they have set up add to the travelling experience, and is a good learning curve as they help you with the set up and writing – I have never writen a blog before, and never even thought about doing so until I got the email from STA and help with setting it up.
All in all, they are a very impressive organisation.
